We have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to explore some Roman artefacts from the Malton Museum. We have learnt that historians know about the Roman way of life from evidence gathered over time, for example; brooches, pottery, bones, needles.... We explored these closely and know that Romans were clever and had a range of tools to make life easier.
Rosie and Freddie spent time sorting modern and ancient picture cards. They matched the ancient artefact to their modern equivalent in no time!
