In maths we have been reading the story "Dear Zoo" and exploring mathematical ideas about comparing objects according to their size.
It was very exciting to wonder what was hiding in the mystery boxes that appeared in the classroom after playtime! The children enjoyed making their own homes for the cuddly animals and it also complemented their interest in finding out about different animal homes.
