A city scene with tall white buildings, tall trees and blue sky. The statue of Liberty's head has fallen to the ground. There is a large crack in the road and cars have crashed into the statue.
There is a river of golden lava inside a dark cave. There are 2 pillars of stone standing in the lava which may have been linked to rocks on either side like a bridge. A small child stands on the left side looking towards a small object on the first pillar. In the darkness in the right corner there are pairs of glowing red eyes.

We looked at 3 different images and chose which one we wanted to write about.  We really enjoyed having the opportunity to discuss our ideas and then tell our stories.  At the end of the session, we read our work aloud to each other and Mrs Robson was very impressed with our super listening and feedback skills.
