Our new topic this half is Fair Trade and we will be finding out all about the amazing things that happen because of fair trade food and products.
We had a hunt around our classroom for clues for our new topic and then we discussed what we already know about fair trade. Nobody knew what it was about so we will have an interesting journey learning all about the brilliant impact fair trade can have.
We also wrote recipes for banana bread and then made the banana bread using fair trade products. We had to wait till the next day for it to be ready to eat but when we finally got to eat it it was absolutely delicious.
