Wow! What a fantastic way to celebrate our topic with fully immersing ourselves in role play (costume) as an evacuee and experiencing what it might have felt like to be evacuated to the countryside. We have practised coding using semaphore, we have 'dug for victory' at the allotment and written heartflet letters to our loved ones.
