Our focus this half term was 'Printing' and we were also reviewing our painting/colour skills. We started our Printing topic by exploring monoprinting with foam. We then spent time exploring the composition of our prints - could we create a repeated pattern? Does it look better overlapped? After this we explored printing on different papers. We all had our own favourite design and paper choice.
Using our knowledge of printing, we used our skills to create a fantastic background for our water colour portraits.
