In Class 3 this week, we had several virtual visitors!
Helen from Sam's Safaris was kind enough to join us online and share some of the rainforest and South American animals she owns. We got to see insects, frogs, snakes, a tortoise, a guinea pig, a chinchilla and even a chicken - who knew they were originally rainforest animals?!
We had a great time and learned some amazing things about these animals. Soon we will be using all this information to write our own non-fiction animal texts - the question is now how can we possibly pick only one animal to write about?
