We had such a fun time exploring our new topic on Pirate Day this week. We had a message from some pirates who had got lost and wanted to know if our country was a good place to visit! The children thought they should as we have lots of food and shops and we have different countries to visit - Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland with lots of great things to see. We sang pirate songs, listened to adventure stories, found out about famous pirates and even made our own pet parrot!
