We had a very exciting day!! We all dressed up as ancient Greeks, lots of children wore white tunics traditional clothing worn in that time.
We had a fantastic morning with Dave from Altru Education; we were emersed in ancient Greece through drama and role play. The children explored a variety of Greek myths, learnt all about the gods and goddesses and had LOTS of fun!!
Our highlights of the morning was playing the 'shaky, shaky, high five' game. Playing the Medusa turning to stone game and re-telling myths through freeze frame.
Fantastic day, we are very excited to dive deep into our new topic!
