This half term our geography topic is River!
As part of our departure we looked at the continents that we are focusing on this half term North and South America, we played a fun game with statements about the continents and then had to guess which one we thought the statement was about. The children loved getting to know about the different facts.
Linked to our topic we did a PSHE session with Geoff all about water safety and how to keep safe around water. This was particularly important as we are heading to residential soon was will be around water all week with Carlton Lodge located around a lake. The children were engaged and loved the session!
