Our aim in DT this half term was to build a shelter that could be used on a mountain adventure.
The children planned and designed their shelters, using the concept of dimention and measure. Inter linking our maths knowledge and curriculum. We then learnt how to cut wood safety using a saw, join wood effectively by using hot glue gun and metal wire.
