This week we were visited by the fire fighters of Harrogate Fire station. It was perfect timing with Bonfire Night soon and the start of darker nights. We saw a demonstration of the 'jaw of life' and were shown all of the machinery around the engine. The fire fighters gave us some very important information, including how to hold sparklers, and what to do if our fire alarm goes off in our home.
