The children have reached the end of their printing topic this week.
We went on a snow drop hunt and the children counted the snowdrops in the school garden. They did some fantastic line drawn observational drawings and they then used a combination of printing and painting to paint their own picture.
To finish the children then went on a second hunt to find some natural objects and they used these to print with. They used lots of trial and error in this printing process and they were using great vocabulary to expIain to each other the objects that worked well and those that didn’t.
