The children have enjoyed being weather forecasters this week. We have read two stories about stormy weather so far: The Storm Whale, and Storm. We have been writing a diary in role as one of the characters from Storm Whale. The children used descriptive language, conjunctions and diary features. Later, they studied poetry and wrote their own poems about the wind. Look at our wonderful writing!
