Our new topic is all about Kings, Queens and Castles so for our departure day everyone received a Royal Invitation to attend a Crown & Craft day. Everyone arrived in their best royal clothes and we spent the day making our own Coat of Arms, our own crowns,3 huge collages of William the Conqueror, Henry VIII and Queen Victorian, building castles with our Magna tiles and we even took a virtual tour of The Tower of London and saw the Crown Jewels. We also now have a fantastic castle in our role play area which is well stocked with costumes, crowns & tiaras.
